ERCP patient of youngest age
On November 17th, 2018, XIAOLEI was born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with "left nephroblastoma" after birth. On the 9th day after birth, the enfant underwent "laparotomy under general anesthesia + left retroperitoneal tumor resection + left adrenalectomy ", and received regular chemotherapy three times after operation.
As a Chinese saying, unfortunate things come together. During the second chemotherapy hospitalization in routine abdominal ultrasonography, it was detected that the enfant has congenital choledochal cyst, hypoechoic accumulation in gallbladder and cholestasis. Further MRCP revealed stones in the lower part of common bile duct and neck of gallbladder, accompanied by common bile duct eclasis , left and right hepatic duct eclasis and Intrahepatic bile duct eclasis.
